Short description of error
Using the Pie menu Addon that ships with Blender, the Pie Views menu works just fine in object mode, but doesn't work in edit mode. The Pie Views menu worked in edit mode in Blender ver. 2.9. Looking at the keybinds it's listed under "3d view generic" which doesn't seem to be in use anymore. Most of the other keybinds are "3d view general"

the Pie Views menu works just fine in object mode

Problem here is same keymap({key Alt Q}) is used for transfer mode: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/3.4/editors/3dview/modes.html#bpy-ops-object-transfer-mode
Due to key conflicts it's not possible to use view pie menu in any mode other than object mode.
