Graphics card: mvidia gtx gt1030

Broken: Import Leica Cyclone PTX [v0.2]

Short description of error
Installed addon and its not visible in the stated location. I tried this at wirk on the linux computers and then at home on my Windows 10 Pro machine.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
