Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Short description of error
Some of the blender addons I can't enable. It can install but can't enable it. I face this problem many times with some of the add-ons.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
