Object info node Random output causes flickering on texture with instanced objects (Shader Nodes) #102509

Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: RTX 2080 ti

Blender Version
Broken: 3.2.1
Worked: It hasn't worked as expected at render time

Short description of error
When using the Object info nodes Random output on instanced objects the resulting number isn't always the same across an animation. Or at least it causes flickering in the texture.
I would use the white noise texture to get a random value but it returns the same value with instanced objects. The object info node returns different values for instanced objects but doesn't seem to be consistent. This is a useful technique because it is possible to vary texture across instances but in its current state, it is unusable.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
This bug is very irregular, and sometimes no flickering occurs. But when the flickering happens it is fixed by removing the random number from the shader editor.

Maybe it is a limitation or not what the object info node is supposed to be used for
As of yet, I haven't found a way to randomize a texture with instances without using the object info node. It could be possible with geometry nodes possibly.
