the keyboard shortcut ctrl + alt + q screen.region_quad view does not work if the main keyboard layout is not English. my main layout is Russian and even when switching the language on the keyboard to English, the combination ctrl + alt + q does not work. I need to translate everything into English. I can't turn on this mode, there is a combination in the list of hotkeys, pressing the keyboard does not work, I tried two different keyboards in the last two versions of blender, Win-10 OS.

I'm not able to repro with the first option from the list with its default layout.

Hello Patrick. I'm sorry, but now this problem with hotkeys has happened again. Russian Russian was corrected again by rebooting to the English basic layout, and then I translated it back to Russian and it started working again on the Russian layout. I will try to track down the problem and find out when it appears. I'll write in a week.
