Short description of error
Grease pencil, not drawing lines until mouse button is released or tablet pen has been lifted from tablet. For shapes line not drawn until Return or space on keyboard is pressed.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

FIle menu -- File: New: 2D animation
Select "Draw" tool.
Draw line. ( cursor is displayed and moves as line is drawn. No line is seen on screen until the mouse button is released or the pen is lifted from the tablet.
