Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti version 528.02

Blender Version
Broken: (example:

{F14153861}80, edbf15d3c0, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
whenever I try to import an FBX file from Mixamo.com it fails

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Blender works well with other FBX files but Mixamo files cannot be imported at all, no crashes only error reports from the software

Hi, thanks for the report. This issue is reported already: blender/blender-addons#94669 (FBX TypeError: object of type NoneType has no len ()")
I'll close this as duplicate.
