FBX models are loading correctly, and animations by the beginning of the night started to give a Phyton error (although everything worked correctly correctly). When installing blender 2.80 same error. Please, could you point out the error and write what to do next. Thanks for understanding! Waiting for an answer, Aidar.

This is a python error with a community addon caused by an outdated version of blender. As indicated on the Source Tools website , your blender version must be 2.92 at a minimum, but preferably a recent flavor of blender 3.x.
I'm guessing you followed the instructions from the Valve developer wiki page where it says "Install Blender 2.80 or later" I'll update the page to indicate the new minimum version.
