vector blur doesnt work on dupli object particle system under certain condition #23320

*activate 'vector' for render layer
*setup vector blur node for renderlayer
*cache particle system longer than the lifetime in the particle system is set to
*render a frame at which some particles already died
*notice screwed up vector blur

activating the option to show dead particles gives better render result

%%%Didn't look at the file, but I don't think vector blur + particles being born/dying ever worked, it can't properly find the corresponding instance objects between frames. A solution would be to identify those using the particle number somehow, but code is a bit tricky here.%%%
