%%%From the screenshot it's not clear what exactly not working for you. From what i see here is that you've got single blue channel enabled for frame display and it seems this behaves properly (it's difficult to say because depending on colors on the original frame values of blue channels could be different).

Please be more specific and describe what exactly you're doing, what you expect and what you've got. Attaching sample .blend file with a single frame from footage could also help understanding your problem.%%%

Take a look in the attachment. There's a simple test picture in the Movie Clip Editor and when you will try to see the single RGB channel in the viewport it's nothing happening. RGB working only for track preview, not for the whole frame.

Does pressing reload button in Footage panel helps in your particular case? Also, settings for track preview and frame are totally separated and does not affect on each other which could confuse in some circumstances.%%%

just tested display RGB with r48768 and it's still not working. I grab a videoscreen for a better understaning what's wrong.

I'd recommend to test builds from our buildbot service http://builder.blender.org/download/ Seems needed windows builds are already there, linux builds would be ready soon.%%%

I don't know what's wrong with the previous builds from graphicall.org, maybe they're using unsuitable patches.

%%%There're lots of branches builds in graphicall, which means revision number could be large enough but needed fixes aren't merged from trunk. Buildbot is always building trunk so we're sure all our fixes are there.

Cool to hear things are resolved for you, so would close the report now :)

Some other notes:

  • Not sure why markers are collapsed for you. This could happen if you've mixed working with newer blender which supports affine tracking and older versions which doesn't. If you'll manage to reproduce this with trunk -- that would be a bug, but i would know steps to reproduce ot.

  • DPX is indeed have some issues. We've got patch which is supposed toresolve most of them, but it need to be updated against current trunk, would take a while. Can't give any feedback on how long it would take..%%%
