Fluid sim reversed on X and Y with animated Control object #32939

%%%Fluid simulation seems to be reversed on X and Y axis when interacting with a animated Control object.

Problem 1 - Reversed on X and Y axis
I attached a file with a Fluid, Domain and a animated Control object going diagonally from screen right to screen left.
If you select the domain object (Cube) and then hit bake what happens on my system is that the fluid gets affected by the control object, but it seems like the X and Y axis are flipped.

So a workaround is to simulate and then after just rotate 180 on Z or scale X+Y by -1.

Problem 2 - Animation delay
Also there seems to be a delay in the animation of a few frames (in my case it seems to be about 4 or 5 frames). The Control object is animated in space, but also the strength of the fluid control effect is animated so that the fluid drops at the end.

I tried the exact same scene in 2.62 and the timing and simulation seems to work as expected. No flipping and no delay with animated parameters and objects.

I'm on a Windows 7 64-bit system, Intel Core i7-3930K, 32 GB Ram and a Geforce GTX 680 graphics card%%%
