%%%--- Operating System, Graphics card ---
Win7 64bit, GTX 570

- Blender version with error, and version that worked ---

2.69 test release (r60355) - broken
2.68 r58611 - worked
Somewhere between those, sorry I can't be more specific

- Short description of error ---

When removing a user-installed addon (not disabling), the addon will not disappear from the list as it did in previous versions. It remains there exactly as it was before trying to remove it.
Attempting to remove it again will make the addon disappear before showing an empty dialog - confirming the dialog will show an error.
Sounds like the addon list does not get updated when removing one.

Also, the tooltip name for the remove button is 'Disable an Addon', and when there is no wiki or tracker info specified, the 'Internet' row label is nonsensical (http://i.imgur.com/IGAlJg8.jpg)

- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---

Install any addon, try to press the 'Remove' button (not just disabling it)

%%%Also, it seems if removing an addon that was enabled, restart blender and it gives an error about missing files for that addon.%%%
