Cloth cache storing only every 10 frames. #38227

O.S.: Windows 7, 64-bit (SP1)
Processor: Intel Q9550, memory: 8GB DDR3
Graphic Card: Nvidia Geforce 550 Ti (2x in SLI)
Nvidia graphics driver version: 332.21

- Blender version with error, and version that worked ---

blender-2.69-5611fb6-win64 (downloaded from builder.blender.org)

With any other type of simulation, you have one of the two alternatives: Cache every single frame without control (e.g Smoke, Fluids)... And cache every "Nth" frame you want through the "step" parameter (e.g SoftBody, Particles)...

With Cloth, you don't have control over the frames you want to store in the Cache system ( Cloth_SoftBody.png ), but in every case, the system only stores every 10 frames. Which is insane (not trying to be disrespectful here)... I can't seem to find any type of precision on a cloth simulation, no matter what parameters/quality I set! And the reason seems to be this problem. If the system only calculates/stores the Cloth information every 10 frames, there's 9 frames that the system doesn't store any collisions whatsoever. Huh, doing more testing, I tried appending the problematic scene into a new Blender file, I deactivated and activated again the cloth/deflectors, and the problem solved. Maybe not the best way of solving the problem, but it works now.
