In repeat history menu (when we press F3), there are operators that cannot be redone.
When you tag a edge as selected, seam or something else, it is an operation specific to a selection defined while using the same Pick Shortest Path operator.
So, blender cannot redo it because it cannot predict on what selection user want to do it.
In the same way, Knife Topology Tool has a "redo unsupported" warning.
Because blender can't predict future cuts the user will make and does not make no sense to redo exact same cuts already done.
Bend have the same problem because its use is dependent to view, 3Dcursor and mouse cursor placement.
It is fine that these operators don't support redo.
But they should not be present in repeat history.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I was trying to use new sewing settings.
So, I made patterns of a garnment.
Then, I used "Pick Shortest Path", two times to select a corner. I made a bridge and delete only faces.
I repeated this for each corner and I used F3 to redo bridge and delete only faces.
It is a little bit frustating to loose previous repeatable operators.
Another thing is that "Pick Shortest Path" is a non repeatable selection tool like circle, border or lasso.
It should behave like these ones. It should not break repeat last (Shift R).
