Transfer Weights options changed; manual does not reflect #47173

Description
Following advice of tutorials for previous versions, I saw that Transfer Weights options had changed; I checked the manual for my version (2.76), and it still listed the same options as the tutorials, but those options are not present in the program (specifically this page: https://www.blender.org/manual/painting_sculpting/painting/weight_paint/tools.html?highlight=transfer%20weights)
It says that the options "Group," "Method," and "Replace" are present, but they are not present in the software under "Transfer Weights."

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Select 2 objects, one weighted.
Go to Weight Paint mode.
Click on Transfer Weights
- compare interface with user manual -- the options do not match.

I wonder a bit why it was assigned to me… This is doc work, change was noted in release notes when it happened (2.74 or 2.75 iirc). Will make quick edit to manual. :/
