i don´t know if this is the right place, but i can´t find a way to contact anyone responsible for the website.

I am trying to subscribe to help funding the development, but it fails all the time.
I tryed switching computer and same thing happens

i sign in my Blender ID account, then log into my paypal account and click SUBSCRIBE. It takes me back to choose payment method.
Tryed using the credit card instead of paypal, same thing happens.

I used Windows 7 and Windows 10
Google Chrome on both computers

Thanks for your (intended) support!

Can you make a screenshot of what you see when you're back at the "choose payment method" page? Please also make sure that the address bar of the browser is visible, so we know the exact address you're at.

I am able to choose Paypal and log into my account. Then i click Subscribe and it takes me back to choose the payment method

Is the payment system working? I am going to pay for the Gold membership but the system always takes me back to the "choose payment method" page along with the error message "Transaction Not Allowed". The same thing happens if I choose PayPal as the payment method (using the same credit card). I am sure there is nothing wrong with my card as I can donate to other free software projects normally.

Recently a bunch of payment improvements have been made to the devfund website. If there are still issues, please file a new report or mail to fundsupport@blender.org.

I am trying to make payment for Blender Studio Subscription but unable to go through. I have tried multiple cards (Visa issued in India) and Paypal, nothing works. When contacted at card company they say the transaction does not follow RBI guidelines and hence declined.

I have tried to report this on contact on studio.blender.org but the reply I received does not solve the issue. I know this is not the right place to report the issue but I am sure other from India would be facing the same issue. I hope it gets resolved soon.
