System Information
Operating system: Arch Linux
Graphics card: gtx 1060
Blender Version
Broken: 2.81, 4707f1982ddb
Worked: (optional)
Short description of error
Node wrangler (emission viewer): Ctrl+Shift+Click on a node is supposed to cycle thru all of its outputs to the emission viewer node. But it doesn't work with the latest alpha.
Bultin: Ctrl+Shift+Click on a node should link to a viewer, this is only working if the node is not selected already
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Yes, found that too. It doesn't cycle through the outputs because ctrl_shift_click doesn't work on selected node at all. If you take an unconnected node, select it and ctrl_shift_click it - nothing happens.

Can confirm on 40a55be82cf5
Doesn't cycle through, doesn't connect active nodes.
But hotkey 'O' is working with active nodes.

Marking as High prio since it is a regression.
