Short description of error
The mouse wheel doesn't scroll more in all drop down menu. In the previous versions of Blender Instead of moving the mouse to choose an operation, was possible
to scroll the mouse wheel. Now in the Blender 2.82 this comfortable action doesn't work so good, because now i have to move the mouse over drop down menu and then scroll the mouse wheel.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I start up Blender 2.82
Left Click on the cube
Left Click on the "Object Button" top left of 3D View
I rotate the mouse wheel but the scroll doesn't work

I can't reproduce in 2.83.4.Ok I see, scrolling with pointer on the button, not in menu.
F8357187 I can. In all three cases, I first scrolled with pointer on the button, not in menu. Then brought it on any menu item and then scrolled it.
