Xeon E3 1230 V2 - 16Gb RAM
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: AMD RX 570 8Gb VRAM

Blender Version 2.92.0

I opened an old work of mine that I was mading on same 2.92.0 before. Today when I opened the solid mode as default and appears very pixelated and like matrix effect, as AMD error was giving in Cycles before...
Maybe is AMD driver problem or materials render data.
Some months ago was Cycles incompatibility. Cycles is still working only on CPU and now Eevee have problems in solid mode.
I've tested in 2.83.5 version and worked.

@LucasRafael Can you make sure your driver is on the latest version? Also, have you tried the Beta from https://builder.blender.org/download/?

Yes, I was using the latest version of AMD driver of RX570 . And tried lot of versions of Blender. Only in 2.83.5 worked.
Now Im with old AMD driver installed of date of 19 october 2020.
and 2.91 worked and 2.93 alpha worked.
Its the AMD new driver its not working properly on news versions of Blender.

From my understanding this is specific for AMD GPU.

Upgrading the driver does not fix the problem.

Hi, to keep working I was using 19 october 2020 driver date.
Then, days ago... Windows updated..
then yesterday I has noticed some glitches in right click menus in Windows.
So I installed the lastest drivers : win10-radeon-pro-software-enterprise-21.q1.2 (again)
and non-whql-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-21.6.1-win10-64bit-june21 (from 6 days ago) .
And Worked normally!! Finally Stable in versions 2.93.0 , 2.93.1 and 3.0 alpha.
I guess this last driver from 6 days ago fixed all problems.
