Operating system: Windows 10 (BootCamp)
Graphics card: Radeon Pro 570 4GB

Blender Version
Broken: 2.92

Short description of error
Blender refuses to open. Previously it would open if I used blender_debug_gpu_glitchworkaround but then it stopped. I tried reinstalling but that was no help. I have attached the debug output.

Thanks for the report. Can you reproduce this with any other version?

Did you accidently ever change the startup file?

Upgrading to fresh build fixes the issue? (https://builder.blender.org/download/daily)

Also: please attach crash.txt file located at C:\Users\AMIRFA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\
