Short description of error
Scatter objects: After drawing the scatter trail not able to change scatter parameters in Tools menu
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Select an object(1) to be scattered
Select additionally an other object(2) on which to be scattered
Click scatter objects under Objects menu
Draw a trail on object(2)
The scatter proxy is shown
Change parameters on N panel under Object scatter (not editable before pressing enter).

Can confirm. Only the Properties/tools from sidebar and toolbar are not approachable.
