Gstretch does not work with Annotation option -- does work in "None" option. GP not tested.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Make a squiggly set of vertex points.
Make an annotation line.
Invoke GStretch

[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Gstretch does not work with Annotation option

I can not reproduce the issue from present information (2.93.3, blender/blender@8b80d19f36). Tool stretches the verts with annotation option.

May be I am missing something, can you please describe the exact issue with steps? Does this happen with fresh builds?: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily

Steps I consider to repro:

Open .blend file
Select verts
From n-panel switch type from None to Annotation
Use GStretch tool.
