Short description of error
The linked example file at http://download.blender.org/ftp/mont29/persistent_data/sapling_CN.blend cannot be downloaded in Chrome as the URL uses http instead of https.

Mixed Content: The site at 'https:*docs.blender.org/' was loaded over a secure connection, but the file at 'https:*download.blender.org/ftp/mont29/persistent_data/sapling_CN.blend' was redirected through an insecure connection. This file should be served over HTTPS. This download has been blocked. See https://blog.chromium.org/2020/02/protecting-users-from-insecure.html for more details.

This report does not contain all the requested information, which is required for us to investigate the issue.

Very likely the link given under the image in [1]
The link is - [x] and it can be downloaded in Firefox (at least) here.

@ankitm It doesn't work in Chrome, unless opened in a new tab. The issue is that http: instead of https: is used.

Changing the URL to https: resolves the issue.
