Thanks for the report. I can not reproduce this on master: 3.0.0, blender/blender@45d100208e\

Can you please provide the userpref.blend located in the directory C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.0\config

userpref.blend

Here is userpref. I've started blender with --factory-startup and enabled Copy Attributes Menu add-on and saved preferences.

It happends only on current build. It was working on previous builds.

Checked again on current master. Crash is fixed with this commit a few minutes before: blender/blender@6293cf6131

You can get this working again with next daily build: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily :)
