Short description of error
There is a seam after the rotate node, which isnt present before it. Also If you set the rotation to 0 degree there will be no seam.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
check in the provided file: compositor seam bug.blend

In this other file, the seam appears after scaling, which shouldn't be there since I mixed overlapping white to make sure there was no space inbetween. compositor seam bug 2.blend
