Blender version: 2.93.4 (Latest LTS) blender_system_info.txt
For further info on this error (newly appeared) check on the enclosed files as well, system log files.

Have done an installation repair already but nothing out of that

Hi, thanks for the report. Not sure if I understand the report due to less information.

Are you not able to run the blender.exe? Can you reproduce this issue with old blender versions?
Does this happen when you run blender_factory_startup.cmd ?

AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series

AMD Radeon HD 6700 has the old TeraScale 2 architecture. (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radeon_HD_6000_series#Radeon_HD_6700)
Terascale 2 architecture is fully deprecated. For newer Blender versions GCN first generation or later is required for running Blender.

That means your system is below the minimum requirements for Blender, so there is no longer support for it.

Installing the latest graphics driver sometimes helps to make such GPUs work, see here for more information. https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/index.html

Failed to replace function free in module ucrtbase.dll

If I am not wrong, ucrtbase.dll is part of the Windows OS. Please also try to update the Windows

ASo you mean that I should change my GFX card, huh? to what NVidia one, huh? Well there arte no (F) money up yet my friend, OK? Have to finf them drivers for my gfx card and try to install them butr the only thing that I remember when I've tried that was that it had been so really difficult my dear friend, eh? So will be seeing those solutions, OK?

Hmm I think that your app (Blender) has to be massing up much more info each time and enclose it right inside your 'info.txt' and any other type of reports such as .log files, huh? Or least some more readable file, OK?

The link to the last drivers AMD made for the HD 6700 series: a stable driver and a Beta driver. Note that HD 6700 is the series name. The actual cards are numbered 6790, 6770, & 6750. They all use the same driver.

Installing either of those might help.

If that doesn't help, you can use previous versions of Blender:
https://www.blender.org/download/previous-versions/
