Short description of error

I wanted to install blosm add-on. When i click "Install add-on" from preferences, Blender shuts down. The whole Blender is quite messed up. I have reinstalled the program several times. Updated all drivers. Tried to use the program in different versions. Now you can see from the video what is happening. The UI is cluttered and the screen flashes white. Some functions cause the program to crash.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

I have several games that require a lot more from my computer and they work great. Blender just keeps crashing.

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to make Blender crash again. Once it crashes the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).

Hi, thanks for checking! Hard to say but I have seen similar issue before: #88129 (Blender Wont run.)

Driver is up-to-date, neither add-on interfering. Not quite sure about reason for the crash. Will do little research.

Hi, sorry for the late response. crash appears in ntdll.dll which is part of Windows (I think)

Updating windows might fix your issue. Can you please check this?
