Short description of error
As the topic, changing sub collection's name doesn't affect the collection info node.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Set up a geometry node and use collection info node to load a collection which contains sub collection.
Change sub collection's name (rename Collection 3 in outliner)
Names in spreadsheet remain unchanged.

so it seems that the issue is not only for collections but also object names
it only upsates if you deselect the object which has geometry node mosifier and select it again
i can confirm the issue in 3.3

since i'm not that talented
i will just give what i found out until now so the fatest way to jupdate the collection name is to hide it in render while it's enabled and then disable it it will update of course you can enable it again

BTW the order cannot be reversed you hgave to play with hiding the render then disabling the collection

well i found an even easier solution which is just enabling or disabling either the show in viewport or render option so you have the coice in the object which has the geometry node modifier

propably enabling and disabling it reload things

Instances names now updates when hovered over the spreadsheet (this wasn't the case in until 3.2)
I guess this was improved in 72f77598a2

Issue is still there but priority can be lowered. I think spreadsheet should update on rename.
in 3.3 and newer versions, Spreadsheet doesn't refresh after renaming the collection (need to hover the mouse on spreadsheet)
while in previous versions names weren't updating even after hovering the mouse.

Remaining problem is actually a known issue as mentioned in 5f59bf0044

depsgraph update. This means that the changes are not reflected
in the spreadsheet until another action triggers the update.```
