Sky texture with Driver setting for Sun direction is not updated in real time in 3.1 #96180

Short description of error
When Sun Direction of Sky texture is controlled by driver, the world shader is not updated in real time in blender 3.1 RC.
It had worked in real time in blender 3.0.
I upload two gif animation for comparison.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Set a world texture with Sky Texture.
  2. Set Driver to the Sun Direction parameter.
  3. Set Viewport shading as "Rendered"

In 3.0, the sky is updated in real time when controller object is moved,
But in 3.1, the shader is not updated until other parameters are changed.

I'd say yes, since it worked in 3.0 and it's rather annoying.
