Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Create model and then export to unity. Add then to unity and model messed up.

Hi, thanks for the report. I'm not sure if this is a bug or the file is exported incorrectly.
Have you tried something like {nav Mesh > Normals > Flip} or {nav Face > Triangulate faces}?

Looks similar to #97416 (blender export fax lost some piece of the model)
Can you try the solution mentioned below

In #97416#1343015, @PratikPB2123 wrote:
Open your scene in blender. In viewport overlays panel, enable face orientation.
enter in edit mode and change to face selection mode
select red colored faces and apply Flip normals to them- {nav Mesh > normals > Flip}

if that doesn't help, upload .blend file as requested in last comment
