Sounds like a GPU issue [which I cannot reproduce here]
There seems to be a slightly newer driver version available? 30.0.101.1191 Can you try that one?
Can you show this in action (simple screen recording)?

Screenshot (546).png I tried to install the new driver version, but it said it couldn't install. my computer is only a few years old, so I am not sure why it cant do that. I do not have a recording software, so I have attached a screenshot instead, hopefully that is fine. (the problem is shown on the middle right, but it has also happened at the scene collection menu and the top menu)

Could you check if this is the case in previous versions, too?

Hi, do you have this issue since the installation of 3.1.2?
If so, can you try with factory settings?: {nav File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings}

I tried to install the new driver version, but it said it couldn't install

Are you trying to update them from Device manager? {nav Device Adapters > Intel(R) UHD Graphics 600}
Have you tried installing drivers from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/80939/graphics.html#support-product-selector?
Also- I'm not able to reproduce this issue

Graphics card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 Intel 4.5.0 - Build 30.0.101.1660```
