Blender viewport Laggy even in new default cube scene #97212

I'm still new to blender and previously i'm using the new blender 2.9 and updated to 3 with no problem.
the problem started when i'm trying to import a free object model for my scene and started to get laggy, so looking it from forum it may be possible that the files are to big and start to slow blender down. but i'm opening up new blender default cube scene and it is still laggy as well so i think maybe there's something else.
so i have tried the following solution but nothing work:

updating driver
uninstall and reinstall blender
some forum mentioned deleting opengl32 or mesa but couldn't find anything in my computer
open blender file right click, run with graphics processor, intergrated graphics (default) but i could not find this as well

Hi, thanks for the report. Can you try with factory settings?: {nav File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings}

thank you for your help, that did the trick, although i'm still curious what exactly cause it to slow down?
now i can continue learning blender, although this is small things but for me you are really a big help

Hi, good to know that worked for you.
In your case I think one of the active add-on is responsible.
One by one disable these active add-ons to find the actual culprit.
