System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19041-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 512.15

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.1.0, branch: master, commit date: 2022-03-08 18:16, hash: c77597cd0e
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
The Motion Blur in Blender Cycles is Broken, When I enable the Motion Blur in render properties, in some Frames of the Scene when Rendering some Strange Defects occur on the models. I have been having this problem since blender 2.9 was released. i thought it could be the Model that i Used in the scene is the problem, but I don't think, because the problem happens with all objects and models. that's why I think that blender's motion blur is not working properly.

in these images we can see the problem, the up image is with the Motion Blur Enabled, and the Other is Without the Motion Blur:

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
It's Only enabling the Motion Blur Option in Render Propeties.
I Tried to Use the Motion Blur in The Compositor, but is the same error.

Hi, thanks for the report. Please upload simple .blend file to test this.

having this problem since blender 2.9 was released

Do you mean 2.93? or 2.90?

Yes, I Mean Blender 2.93, but This Proyect was made in blender 3.0

Hi, thanks for the file.
Simple example files will be more handy for identifying the issue.

Normally .blend files can be simplified by removing most objects, textures, shaders and disabling settings, until the problem reveals itself more clearly

You created this scene in Blender 3.0 and now try to render it in 2.93? That might be the issue, opening newer projects in older Blender versions might not be compatible. Does it render properly in Blender 3.0?

No, This Proyect that I Sent was All Created and Rendered in Blender 3.0, I just mentioned that in previous projects when I was using Version 2.93 this problem kept happening.

Maybe related to these reports #82426, #97571

Simple example files will be more handy for identifying the issue.

Much appreciated if you can provide this.

Seems to be same case as in #82426 (Motion blur artifacts on complex object animation (reproducable))
@iss, can you verify this? I don't think I'll be able to render complex file

I can't reproduce glitches with 3.1.2 or 3.3 alpha. For info I rendered frame 222. Simplified file would be appreciated.

Not sure if it's same as #82426, since reported last working version does not quite match (but it's close), issue looks very similar though.

@Lipse Please check if this happens with latest alpha build from https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/

I still encountered this problem when I used blender 3.5.1. When motion blur is turned on, strange tugging lines appear, but they disappear when rendered to the next frame. It seems to me that it lost the vertex position or the vertex normal data in the frame that went wrong, but then refreshed it back. This model is made of skin animation, the model itself is not a regular quadrilateral, there will be triangular surface stretching dislocation when moving. So I wonder if it has something to do with the sudden crossover of models; Motion blur use Center on Frame.
