Sprinkles are not rendering correctly. It's get misplaced when rendering. Please look closely. I have attached 2 images and blend file

Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise (10.0.19042 Build 19042)
Graphics card: Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 (driver 472.88)
Broken in: 3.1.0, 3.2.0 (bdab538b30) and 3.3.0 (ae2d2c9361)

Just for clarity the issue is that the sprinkles are in different positions and/or different colours in the viewport compared to the final render.
Pete.

This is due to subdivision surface modifier added on icing object.
Applying or removing the modifier will solve the issue.

The distribution is not guaranteed to stay the same when the underlying topology changes. Since you have a different viewport/render subdivision level, the result is different.
