Worked: (the newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
snow character rig blender stopped and got crashed

Short description of error
No crash with other characters like rain and mike
I tried many times to load factory settings but didn't work this problem I faced only with the snow character rig
I attached a screen record file maybe help you to understand the problem that I faced a few days
and thanks

Hi, thanks for the report. No crash here when I load snow character rig in 3.1.2
Can you try with factory settings?: {nav File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings}
Please upload crash logs if factory setting doesn't help

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to reproduce the
error again. Once it crashes or you close Blender manually the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them
to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).

Please upload crash.txt file- C:\Users\rakesh\AppData\Local\Temp\snow_v02.crash.txt
Do you have your GPU drivers up-to-date?: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r7-series/amd-radeon-r7-300-series/amd-radeon-r7-m360
If not, please update them. I'm seeing opengl error in your attached image.
Also test in latest development builds: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
