Confirmed that it does it repeatably in my current scene with seemingly any two objects. The objects are likely part of a collection that has been instanced. Can also confirm it doesn't happen in 3.1.2

Can you attach the C:\Users\lordo\AppData\Local\Temp\Ship INT hold 01.crash.txt file?

The log doesn't contain debug symbols unfortunately. Can this be reproduces in a simple scene derived from the default scene? If not, can you share your particular file? Perhaps after simplifying it as much as possible.

ah dang. I can't reproduce it any more. Might have to just write this off. I reproduced it twice and now I can't.

Hi, closing this for now.
Don't hesitate to comment (or open a new repot) if you manage to reproduce it again
