Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.0.0, branch: master, commit date: 2021-12-02 18:35, hash:
f1cca30557
Worked: (the newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Short description of error
Few frames which can be seen on my video timeline in the working space, are not rendered in the final version of my file. I've tried many methods by replacing the clips, etc but nothing works, it's like it's not saving the progress in the rendered version of the file.
Please help me!
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I think, after clipping my video clips and when rendered for the first time, everything seems to be normal but after editing and then again rendering the video, the output file has no changes that I've done while editing!!!!
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

Does updating to the latest release of Blender 3.2 help with this issue? https://www.blender.org/download
If not, can you please provide us with steps to reproduce the issue, or a .blend file and the associated video files so we can investigate it ourselves?
Man_of_Medan_PART1.blend 0001-4755.mp4
The .blend file and the output file have been attached and nope, the update didn't work in my issue!!!
Compare the timestamps at around 1:24 and also at 1:28!
You have provided us with the .blend file but you have not included the original file you have used for editing. This is required for use to investigate the issue properly.

, however we, as the bug triagers, can not confirm if a few frames are missing from the final output without first seeing what it's supposed to look like.Added subscriber: @PratikPB2123
