Does disabling Preferences > Viewport > Subdivision > GPU Subdivision resolve the issue?
You seem to indicate that 3.2 is both working and broken at the same time, can you correct or clarify that?

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to reproduce the error again. Once it crashes or you close Blender manually the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).2019_12_04_upload_icon_developer_blender_org.png

Hi, from the description problem seems same as reported in #98813 (Regression: GPU subdivision crash when switched to edit mode)
Crash is fixed already so please test again in 3.3 or 3.2.1: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily
Closing this as duplicate. Thanks for the report.

@PratikPB2123 That's fine, your assessment is probably correct, just wanted to confirm it. We can reopen if it turned out different.

Thankyou @OmarSquircleArt. Your comment is a bit too advanced for me but I will give it a try.
By the way @PratikPB2123 You are correct all I did was update it to 3.2.1 and the issue is resolved.
Thankyou so much guys. Great Help!
