I18n: disambiguate or extract a few messages

Disambiguate:
- "Active Only" (GPencil copy material and layer, add NLA modifier)
- "Clip" (movie clip, image extension mode)
- "Emission" (particles)
- "New" (scene)
- "Tracking" (movie clip)

Extract:
- "ViewLayer", the default view layer name when creating new scene
