Cycles: Add render time debug pass

Currently, only the render time per tile is measured. I originally tried to get a per-pixel time, but it had several disadvantages:

  • Requires memory in the renderbuffer
  • Doesn't work on GPUs
  • => GPUs require a separate kernel to set the render time for all pixels after pathtracing.
  • Really noisy, probably due to scheduling and/or hyperthreading.

Requires D2903.

Looks good to me, agree per pixel is problematic.
