Adding the ability to install Linux Subsystem on Windows 10 to allow users accessing feature rich command line environment Linux has to offer

The method works though with the inability to access GUI environment directly (I don't know how yet, perhaps there is a way, willing to learn more here) from the command line, say 'xdg-open <html.file>' but this is a huge improvement, gearing contributors to a more advanced development environment.

Please ignore that last diff and take this one instead. After a little more researches, this offers a better approach to getting started with the Linux Subsystem.

Let me think on this but this is making things way more complicated than they have to be. We want it to appear as easy as possible to contribute complicated setups like this scare people alway.

If this method should be included at all, it definitely should not be the primary suggested method.

I do not want to merge this patch. We want to make things as simple as possible. Everything done on Linux can easily be done on windows. Most writers shouldn't need to command line beyond installing and running make command.
