T61588: Material slot selection added to the object shader editor

I implemented T61588. It definitely speeds up the shading process!

The only thing I'm slightly unhappy with is expanding the template_list. The resulting size when you drag it bigger or smaller only shows up when you let the mouse down. I'm guessing this is a limitation of popovers.

Fantastic. I think this works really well.

Resizing is, as you point out, not updating smoothly, but I think it's a current limitation of popovers. Even as-is, it's a nice step forward and essentially makes it so you can truly use the Shader Editor independently from the Material Properties.
