remove redundant COW recalc tags for objects/bones motionpaths

Spotted while looking into T68004 [which was actually resolved by
rB3566b81c8bf]. Turns out rB3566b81c8bf also made these recalc tags

Event Timeline

I don't understand how the changes in rB3566b81c8bf are related to this? One is ensuring the dependency graph is evaluated before computing the paths, the other is ensuring the paths are redraw after computing them.

@Brecht Van Lommel (brecht): you are right: looks like these were redundant even before rB3566b81c8bf... let me check if the callers of ED_pose_recalculate_paths / ED_objects_recalculate_paths added recalc tags somewhere that were not present before rB5feb03c3ae33...
(not sure what else would have caused this to redraw motionpaths without you tags from rB5feb03c3ae33)

Doh, there are still situations in more complex rigs where this is needed, will abandon, sorry for the noise...
