Make name of Active Clip consistent in UI

Summary

Using the currently active movie clip had different names in the interface:
In scene context it was "Active Movie Clip", in Camera Background Images it was "Camera Clip", in Constraints it was "ActiveClip".
I made all those instances use "Active Clip", which is descriptive enough and also the shortest of the three.

Think is fine, but interesting to hear from William.

Also, @Brecht Van Lommel (brecht), do you think it will be a bad idea to also rename use_camera_clip to use_active_clip? On the one hand it's API breakage, on another hand is probably more intuitive when there is no that much difference between UI name and API name.

I think it's ok to rename, this kind of API breakage we'll have more of in 2.81. This particular property is not used in any bundled add-on at least.

Fine with me. If it's the same thing we should name it the same, otherwise it causes unnecessary confusion.
