Pose Mode: Transform mirrored bones when editing properties

Summary

Currently, mirrored bones in pose mode only have their location (and
other properties) updated when the bone they mirror is transformed
by transform operators (bpy.ops.transform..).

This patch proposes that the behavior be similar to of edited bones,
transforming mirroed bones when changing properties.

I don't follow the patch description.

Currently, mirrored bones are only transformed by the transform operators.

Does that mean they're untransformable by other operators? Or that it's not possible to transform them by setting their loc/rot/scale properties?
