Summary

This implements two new deform modes for the draw sharp brush to achieve
different effects.

Draw is the current mode, which applies a sharp curve to the original
coordinates without pinching. Pinch radial adds pinching based on the
original coordinates to that deformation, adding extra sharpness. Pinch
perpendicular displaced the vertices after pinching them perpendicularly
to the stroke direction, producing sharp thin surfaces.

Will this be part of 2.83?
Looks too useful, it would be a shame to release the LTS without it.

I didn't see that the first_time and grab_delta_symmetry is changed by this function.
