Summary

This adds an option to the Smooth Brush to preserve the shape of the
Face Sets by smoothing them separately from the rest of the mesh, as
they were mesh boundaries. This allows to preserve its boundary shape.

With this feature, it is possible to smooth a surface while keeping some
loops in place, useful for preserving hard surface edges or seam
creases.

Please explain why bmesh always handled like this.

I can add a comment in a later patch in sculpt_inter.h. None of the functions is implemented for dyntopo because they new visibility system is not compatible with it. All these functions return value as if everything was in the same face set
