Can't select graph editor channels and grouping them together crashes Blender: iff annotation channel is present

Steps to Repro

Open attached .blend
select individual channel in graph editor (can not select)
select all -> group channel (crash)

Thanks for the report. I've not been able to replicate both crash and channel selection (tested in: 3.4, 3c5620aabd33)
Please upload .blend file if it happens in particular setup.
Also recheck with factory settiings: {nav File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings}

Hey Pratik, here the file where the object has it's channels unselectable, btw if I try to group them it crashes Blender. I looked on another file and it was working.
This object had his channels moved up and down (Page down/up) so maybe it triggered the bug.

By looking at your file, I think it's caused by 92d7f9ac56 , since removing the annotation channel seems to remove the bug.
I will look into it.
