Thanks for the report. I did not find any useful information in
blender_debug_output.txt
.Could you check again with factory settings: {nav File > Defaults > load Factory Settings}
I loaded the factory settings and reproduce the same crash for you. Thank you, for your help with this problem.
blender_system_info.txt
blender_debug_output.txt
quit.blend
Thanks for the update. Please attach your assets from the asset library path (in zip format)
perhaps one of your asset causes the crash when loading?
Similar report: #98946 (Crash choice asset library)
I have to appoologize with this quit note. I have been working 12 hour days, but I am off of work tomorrow and can send the information to you.
So, the asset library I have set up is at 15 GB. To cut that down I thought just send the most recent files from the library to cut the zip and upload time. I moved the files to a different folder, but on the same external drive. I could not reproduce the crash with the recent files in the folder. I ended up putting all the files in the folder to match the troubled folder. Still no crash. It will still only crash with the original folder file "Blender Library". Blender Library.zip
Maybe drive or folder is damaged?
That is what I was thinking too. I'm not very adept at digging through to find the problem. It has started to work again since I copied the folder and put it in the same area of my external drive. Something was corrupted. Weird.
Thank you so much for your help!

I think it's fair to close report in such case.
