Short description of error
Saved views not not recalled upon clicking any in the list of saved views.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
From default file/cube. Saved views are not "working" in that when I click the saved views, they don't

Can't reproduce this issue. Just to clarify, you are clicking on box left to saved view name and nothing will happen?
Please see this quick recording in which I start with a cube and save a few views, but I'm not able to click between the views. https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c3jwY9VTm9q
Thanks so much for your help.
Best,
John

Thanks for video, seems you have locked camera to view which is likely causing problems.
@BrendonMurphy Hi, not sure if you are familiar with this code, I saw you in logs mostly, do you think this could be confirmed as a bug?

This is not a bug as far as I can see. If the user is in Camera View, the Stored Views add-on stores and restores the camera itself. So it kind of assumes that the user intention is to store the selection of a static camera.
If you want to store the view itself, you need to be outside of the camera view.
Hi all, I've been trying to make sense of the camera recall behavior and will post a quick narrated video of what I'm experiencing. Please hang on for another day or so and I'll get a video up here that is quick and to the point. Thanks so much!

@johnlunceford Okay, sure.
Did you have the time to make that video?
Hi Omar, Sorry for the delay. I've been bogged down in computer repair but back up now. Here's a link to a demo I just made. As I mention in the video, I may be trying to use the tool differently from which it was designed, in that I'm actually looking to store camera views. Thanks for your feedback!

@johnlunceford This seems consistent with what I mentioned above. The add-on essentially assumes that cameras are static, so if you save a view when in camera view, the add-on will just remember that you were in that particular camera, and restore the active camera to that one later.
Providing an option to save the view and not the camera seems like a reasonable suggestion, but it is not considered a bug, so I will archive this report for now.
Yes, agreed. Thanks for this.
